Page down - For older IBM systems:
- Keep both mouse buttons pressed.
Older 486, 386, 286 computers need a floppy disk to call the BIOS (ICU / BBU/ SCU floppy disk). This floppy disk can be obtained from the manufacturer.
Hide Manufacturer Logo
Some hardware vendors display the company logo when booting the computer. That hides the hardware specifications of the BIOS. Many computers can hide the company logo with the Tab key or the Escape key.
In order to switch off the company logo, the relevant entry must be deactivated in the BIOS. For the AWARD BIOS is this the option "Advanced BIOS Feature" and "Full Screen LOGO Show".
