Apple Shortcuts Collection
A collection of useful Shortcuts for MacOS.
Some shortcuts will be supported on iOS too.
Note for the import:
When importing shortcuts, whether from a file or via an iCloud link, some settings under "Details" are not applied. For example, the Finder integration into the context menu is never selected and the set keyboard shortcut is not adopted. - Copy File Paths
- Copy the full file path of all selected files in Finder to the clipboard.
Recommended setting: Finder integration
- Open Terminal
- Open the Terminal with an assigned keyboard shortcut, e.g. Ctrl+Opt+Cmd+T.
Recommended keyboard shortcut: Ctrl+Opt+Cmd+T
- Date - ISO 8601
- Output the current date in ISO 8601 format.
Recommended keyboard shortcut: Ctrl+Opt+Cmd+D
Supported on iOS - Date and Time - ISO 8601
- Output the current date and time in ISO 8601 format.

- Translate Text - Deutsch
- Translates the selected or entered text into German. If the text is already in German, it will be translated into English.
This shortcut require English or German as system language. You can modify the If-action and the Otherwise-Translate-action to fit your language.

- Translate Text - English
- Translates the selected or entered text into English. If the text is already in English, you will be asked for the language.
If your system language is not English or German, you can add an If-condition with the language name for "English" in your language.

- Zip and Email Files
- Compresses files into a ZIP archive and attaches the archive to a new e-mail message.
